We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email us at ilkaracompany@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
